Who we are
AirFiesta is an independent travel agency. We help travellers in India, the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and Europe book international flights, multi-city journeys, family and group trips, and holidays. We work by phone, WhatsApp and email, so you can plan your trip with a real person wherever you are.
What we do
We compare fares across airlines, build itineraries that connect properly, and explain the rules that come with each ticket, including baggage, seats, changes and refunds. Once you've booked with us, we look after your booking: date changes, name corrections, seat selection and help if your airline changes your schedule.
How we work
Clear pricing
You see every fare, airline fee and our service fee before you pay. Our fee for changes to AirFiesta bookings is US$10 per passenger.
Honest advice
If booking directly with an airline, or making a change yourself on the airline's website, suits you better, we'll tell you.
Everything in writing
Every booking and change is confirmed by email with your itinerary and ticket details.
Accurate information
Our travel guides are based on each airline's published rules and reviewed regularly.
What we are not
AirFiesta is not an airline and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any airline. We can only manage bookings made through AirFiesta. If you booked directly with an airline or another agency, please contact them for changes, refunds or check-in help.
Our travel guides
We publish independent guides to airline change rules, seat selection and holidays. Each guide lists its sources, shows the date it was last reviewed, and is reviewed by our team, including Jack Martin, Senior Process Associate. Airline rules change often, so the airline's own conditions always take priority. If you spot something out of date, email support@airfiesta.com and we'll correct it.
